ONLINE & SELF PACED

The online course has a 6-month access expiration, is composed of 19 reading modules, with a short quiz after each module that you must score a 90% or higher on in order to move to the next unit.  The end of the course is followed by a pre-test that you can take multiple times until you are comfortable with the material.  You will then take the online timed, 3-hour end-of-course final, which requires a 70% or higher in order to receive the Certificate of Completion.

63-HOUR PRE-LICENSING COURSE

45-HOUR POST-LICENSING COURSE

This course is for agents who have successfully completed the Pre-Licensing Course AND passed their Florida Real Estate Exam. This course is a mandatory to keep your license active. This needs to be completed within 18-24 months of being licensed.

14-HOUR CONTINUING EDUCATION

Stay ahead of your education. The 14-Hour Continuing Education course is designed to cover all of the regulations and best practices you should be following in your real estate career. The continuing education course will need to be completed before your first renewal of your real estate license.

72-HOUR BROKER PRE-LICENSING COURSE

Elevate your career with our 72-Hour Broker Pre-Licensing Course. This course is tailored to agents with a minimum of 2 years of active real estate practice and are looking to become a licensed real estate broker.

60-HOUR BROKER POST-LICENSING COURSE

Advance your expertise with this program that offers specializes in keeping agents ahead of industry changes and strategies. This course is required prior to your first brokers license renewal.
