Obtaining a Florida Real Estate License

MEET THE REQUIREMENTS

Must be 18 years or older

Must have high school diploma or equivalent

PRE-LICENSING & FINGER PRINTING

While completing the 63-Hour Pre-Licensing Course, obtain your fingerprints & background check.

END-OF-COURSE EXAM & DBPR

After successfully completing the Pre-Licensing Course and PASSING the End-of-Course exam, submit your fingerprints 5 days PRIOR to submitting your license application.

COMPLETE APPLICATION & TAKE STATE EXAM

After completing the license application, you will receive approval from DBPR with a RE Application ID Number. You will need this to go in and take the State Exam. You must score a 75% or higher to pass.
