In part one of the course, you will understand body language and non-verbal cues that can indeed be valuable in both real estate negotiations and personal safety. Learning to interpret these signs can help in knowing when to push forward in a negotiation or when to step back and reassess the situation. Part two of the course deals with knowing how to read the signs that someone is planning a physical attack. This is crucial for personal safety in various environments. Objectives – After taking this class students will be able to: Recognize the different types of communicators, and understand how these styles can help you effectively interact with others. • Know how to “read” the customer to see if they are really ready to buy or sell. • Identify “The Handshake…” – 8 different styles and what they mean about the person. • Read the dynamics between buyers. • Understand body language reading. • Recognize and learn how to follow your “gut” • Understand the body language message that YOU are sending • Recognize 22 different categories of “pre-attack indicators” and a demonstration of each.

To be covered: Why real estate is the IDEAL investment, including several factors and pros/cons:
I – Income, the 2 types and how they’re treated from a tax standpoint
D – Depreciation, including an easy to understand explanation of depreciation and recapture
E – Equity and the power of someone else building it for you
A – Appreciation and it’s historical path
L – Leverage, learn through a series of examples and case study how to max out ROI
