Quite often, REALTORS not conducting transactions involving development on a regular basis don’t realize how many different facets of the industry they need to be knowledgeable about before diving in to assist a client. The purpose of this class is to “unearth” the development process for vacant land or land undergoing redevelopment; discuss factors that can affect development, including land and its uses, laws that regulate land use; evaluation of site conditions; and determination of the feasibility of a proposed new project.
