As-Is Contracts With Howard Smith

Did you know As-Is contracts will be required to use come mid July?

If you didn’t, this is your sign to take the As-Is Contract Class with Howard Smith from Landmark Title. 

In this class, Howard will go over when to use the As-Is Contract and how to accuratly fill it out. This class is important for all agents to review as NAR continues to revise and change the contracts that are used during a transaction.

This class will be in-person and via Zoom.
