CRAMINAR® is available for home study and can be taken as many times as you feel necessary to achieve a passing score on the Florida Sales Associate License Exam. This is a very valuable training aid, especially if there is a delay in taking your state exam. NO OTHER SCHOOL offers the CRAMINAR®.
Instructor Taught & Online
After completing an in-person orientation, your course will continue live via Zoom. This format provides students with the opportunity to ask the instructor questions in real time as you run through the material.

63 Hour FL Real Estate Course
Schedule
The course will begin on March 14th, 2022. Orientation will take place at 6:00 PM at the address below. This first session requires your attendance in-person.
After orientation, you have the choice of attending every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00-1:00 PM or Tuesday and Thursdays from 6:00-9:00 PM. Both sessions will take place via Zoom.

Cancellation Policy
A request for a refund must be made no later than 24 hours before the start date of class. Refunds will be returned within 7-10* business days of receipt. All cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Students who do not show up for their registered class will forfeit any refund.
